I messed up retroarch

I guess mainly two causes:

*os image is too old, and you did a launcher update

*retroach is messed

you can flash a new os-image, v0.21 or v0.3

you can download a default retroarch.cfg in /home/cpi/.config/retroarch ← requires ssh
