Gave it a touch screen and a camera and a heatsink with a fan built in, custom rear cover and edited a front faceplate to make space for the touch screen panel (used the "uConsole 500" faceplate) and edited in a pocket for the touch panel
I modeled in a slot for a stylus off a 2ds xl (made a simple cap for it to fit into the looks of the rear cover)
The camera is damaged (my fault) but I ordered a replacement one, it still works though. It only shows all kinds of red lines and whatnot

My uConsole is the wifi only version, found USB 2.0 pinouts on the expansion card and used them to power the touch panel and the camera and the heatsink, my device has a cm5 with 16gb ram and 32gb emmc
The touch panel (original monitor, didn’t change that) is from AliExpress, a 5 inch panel with a USB driver board and the monitor itself is 120x74mm
Camera is a basic 120 degrees 5Mp USB camera for raspberry pi

Alright so, about the 3d printing side of things, I edited a faceplate I found online (Uconsole500) by cutting out a 74x121mm opening for the touch panel to sit in it since the panel itself is 1mm thick and made a bezel for it, a seprate piece that glues into place after the touch is installed and functional
for the back piece I edited an original one and took inspitarions from various pics online and came up with a back cover that has a cutout and a place for a stylus off of a 2DS XL that i got from Aliexpress as well
I made the top piece to cover the cutout for the SD card and the wifi antenna, I have 32gb emmc on my end so my SD slot is dead, and the cover houses the camera moduel
