i am definetly interested. would buy any module that implement lora + gps for adding meshtastic / mesh lora networking options
same. ideally with a spare usb port if there is room.
Sounds like a great idea.
Is there a native Meshtastic app that works on the uConsole? I tried the browser applet, but cant seem to get it to see a the lilygo t-watch via bluetooth.
only link I found with some progress: GitHub - datagod/meshwatch: Communicate with Meshtastic devices using python. Send and receive messages, see data packets decoded in real time on a text based window built with curses.

having a little trouble following this thread β has someone IDed something that plays well with the uConsole with a CM4?
Meshtastic supports Raspberry Pi 4 with the Waveshare LoRa hat. You would need to get the uPico board for your uConsole and plug the Waveshare LoRa hat into the GPIO of the uPico since I donβt believe the GPIO for the CM4 is exposed anywhere.
out of stock, but thanks for letting me know about this uPico, I was not aware it existed.
Meshtastic has really grown into its own recently, with a huge number of new nodes joining the network, and lots of new updates, check out this article if you want to learn more about Meshtastic Messenger and its offgrid capabilities
