I have been trying out some programs (with some trial and some error) on my uConsole and have managed to lose my Trash and now cannot access the USB drive (which I was using for DOS games storage). My linux skills are minimal but I am willing to learn. Please help.
A little more info would be of help.
What distro are you running?
What programs have you been trying out?
Do you remember exactly what you were doing when they disappeared?
I was doing a lot of things. Mostly installing utilities. Could it possibly be something with Bit Bleach? I can see the usb drive using sudo -i then fdisk -l in the terminal but no longer have guis for either.

Bleachbit could definitely be it, but without knowing if it was right after running it your problems happened it’s hard fix. Without knowing what distro or DE your running makes it’s harder.
Since you’re just starting out I’d suggest flashing a new distro and don’t worry about running the same utilities as you did on window. Linux works a lot differently then it.
Search the forum for one of the updated distros to run if you were using the stock clockworkpi image. I would suggest Debian Bookworm and install something like Pi-Apps for a software store to start.
Thanks for the help. Linux is very new to me. Guess what? Now the Raspberry Pi logo is gone. Wow. I did a number on this system. The distro I was using was the stock Clockwork Pi one. I just got it 3 days ago.
That distro is way out of date. Try the one i linked then if you feel good using it try some other images to see if you find something you like better.
Thanks! I really appreciate your time.
