Can someone give me a step by step? got the icon and rom on my gameshell but it crashes when trying to load the rom

if you can ssh into gameshell
try

cat /tmp/x.log

maybe you can see the crash log after you tried to load the rom

if you dont have the file /tmp/x.log , then it’s better to use the v0.4 os image
