New Picocalc Setup

I got my new board and assembled it, but I swapped in a Pico2 board. I was alarmed when it didn’t turn on until I realized the board that came with it was preflashed. I finally got micropython on the board and it ran. It does Python nicely, however, I was told it would run basic. I assumed the UF2 files for the Pico 2 would be in the repository for everything, but they’re not. Where can I get the files on the SD card and the UF2 file for the Pico2? I did not try it first like I should have with the Pico1. I was worried about the screen cracking issue.

Maybe I just don’t understand the ramifications of what I’ve done. I understand Linux and was able to set up my uConsole without help, but the Picocalc is different than anything I’ve ever used.

I suppose it’s firmware for the pico1: PicoCalc/Bin/PicoCalc SD/firmware at master · clockworkpi/PicoCalc · GitHub

and there for pico2: PicoCalc/Bin at master · clockworkpi/PicoCalc · GitHub (pico2 in name)

Thank you for pointing it out. I would have never seen this. I got PicoMite working so far. Thanks for answering questions. I’m usually the one answering computer questions, so this is new to me being on the other end.
