Finally got mine.
Assembled per instructions, will not boot.
CM4 without wifi.
Re-inserted battery tray, no joy.
Removed 4G board, no joy.
Removed batteries ( left battery board in ), no joy.
Removed CM4 and carrier board, no joy.
Any other suggestions?

what os image are you using?
have you tried seeing the output of the hdmi?
I also, tried without the flash card in as removing battery board completely, while plugged into USB-C for power.
Still won’t boot.
It works with HDMI. 
I’ll re-flash the TF card with the Clockwork image.
flash with this one: Trixie 6.12.y for the uConsole and DevTerm

Crappy flash card, so I flashed the eMMC using a 52Pi router board as a carrier.
CM4 8GB ram 32GB eMMC no WiFi.
if you have an eMMC board – you can’t use the flash drive. works only either of them.
