I’m reaching out about my order #35597 placed on April 2, 2025, for a uConsole Kit RPI-CM4 Lite (Matte Silver, WIFI+4G cellular).
I was previously told there was an issue with a defective batch and that my unit would be shipped as soon as possible. I completely understand these things happen, but it’s now been about 10 months and I haven’t received any updates on the status.
I’m still really looking forward to receiving the uConsole - I’m not asking for a refund or anything like that. I just wanted to check in and see if there’s any news on when I might expect shipment.
Also, I should mention that my shipping address has changed since the original order and will need to be updated before shipping.
I’ve tried contacting through email and the website chat but haven’t received a response yet. Could someone from the ClockworkPi team please reach out to me via PM or email to discuss the order status and address update?
