I received my order confirmation, few months passed.
Now I just wanted to check the status of my order and followed an advice given here at the forum to write an email to support. I wrote both to help@clockworkpi.com (dated 08/12/2025) and alex@clockworkpi.com (dated 12/12/2025) but received no response. What else could I do to get an update on my order?
I too have done similar, order was placed on September 18th 2025 and I have sent status updates on October 11th and December 21st and one more in between those dates on the online contact form. Not a single answer. I think 3.5 months is more than reasonable just to expect a response. And for yours, I would have expected a product in hand seeing as its been 6+ months.
Oh @white-round-square, I didn’t know that you don’t know any better either. That surprises me a little.
Regardless of how one learns about and becomes familiar with clockwork products, all channels report or complain about the long delivery times, which are known to sometimes even exceed the estimated number of working days.
Expressing surprise after placing an order is tiresome.
It’s not like you stumbled upon the website by chance and randomly ordered a product you hadn’t researched beforehand.
Of course, you are allowed to ask about the status if the delivery deadline has passed. But some people obviously don’t know that working days are not the same as calendar days, and many people even ask several times before the delivery deadline has passed.
This is my personal concern, I will be moving later this year and if I can’t communicate to them that my address has changed, I’ll never see my purchase.
