Where ismy order

On April 28th I ordered two PicoCalc kits, and aside from a notice of your company being paid via PayPal, I have heard zip from ClockworkPi. No notices about supply shortage, or delay in shipping for some reason, rather no communication at all.

Please contact me ASAP.

Thanks,
Glen

April 28??? There are people who ordered in mid-March who haven’t heard anything yet. Be patient.

Hi Tomi. I just think that it is ODD that I have NEVER received any communication from ClockworkPi, not even an acknowledgement of the order. Only proof that I ordered the kits is that I received an email from PayPal saying that they were paid. This is beginning to smell of fraud,

Thanks,
Glen

You should receive an email from clockworkpi that shows an order summary when you order through the website.

According to another thread, someone who placed an order at the start of April (batch 35XXX) had their order dispatched this week, so it shouldn’t be long. Orders placed in March have been dispatched.

you should have received an order confirmation from clockwork, so check your spam and then email them directly because they don’t check these forums regularly. And if that one didn’t arrive later ones are likely to not arrive too. So best to get that fixed

But if you don’t regularly email clockwork about your order status you will only receive 2 emails from them about an order, the order confirmation and a shipping notification, in the potentially months between those two they will not email you unless prompted.

I checked my Spam folder, and there is no email from Clockwork at all, again the only proof of ordering is the PayPal email, and my bank statement. I’ll wait a bit longer, if the April orders are about to ship. I’ll believe it when it gets here.

I never received anything at all from ClockworkPi until my PicoCalc was sent out.

clockworkpi have awful delivery time and communication, but it’s not scum. they should send you order eventually.

I can only recommend to send status request each 2 weeks via email, they usually answer next business day.

That’s interesting to learn. I wonder what the cause is? They do send out confirmation emails for their other products…

Let’s also remember that these devices are not in stock. You are buying a place in line. You just have to wait a while for them to get built and shipped.

Hi, clockwork is known for taking times to deliver the orders, you should know that by now, especially if you have a forum account…
With that said, your order is only 17 business days (to this day) from ordered, which is inside the timeframe they stipulated, if you check the webpage it says that orders can take up to 30 business days, which depending on holidays is about two months with a few days, so your order is still within stipulated timeframe, your order should be delivered approximately mid june, but again, is an estimation.

  • Based on the current supply chain and logistics situation, the estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days.

As other say, there is no stock of clockwork products, you are pre ordering, so that is always something to keep in mind when buying clockwork products.

I think most of us did things the other way around, ordered first, threw money at them.. started looking for somewhere to whinge when the delivery time cranked past many many months. :frowning: ..if I’d only known…

Just wanted to add one more datapoint (and a happy ending) : I ordered a PicoCalc on April 25th and it arrived today, July 19th. I’m in the SE USA. I emailed clockwork after 30 days because I did not notice they had said “30 business days…” and felt dumb.

Anyway, I’m off to my local smoke shop to go buy some 18650s,

Might take as long as the uconsole to get de -levered

Update: I am still waiting, and the order is approaching 2 months since I placed the order. The only communication is when I email help@clockworkpi. Their last response was asking for “2 weeks will be more than enough for us to ship the parcels to the shipping agency.” I am now almost 10 days after that 2 weeks. I have learned that emailing them simply results in more excuses and more smoke up my ___.

VERY DISSIPOINTED IN THEIR COMPANY.

Regardless of how well my PicoCalc works (or doesn’t) I will find it hard to recommend it to anyone if you half to wait two or more months for it even to ship.

Check your tracking ─ when I had my PicoCalc shipped, the local shipping company messed up the delivery and sent it back to their distribution center, and I had to get on the phone with them to get them to send it back out to me.

ROFL… Tracking?.. That would mean that A) it actually shipped; B) That they would actually send an email with the tracking number to me. You should go into comedy.

I would still say be patient. They will send you an email when it ships, I should note.

welcome to the club <3

If it helps anyone out there, I’ve ordered three uConsoles (CM4 and A06), RPI CM4 Adapter, and the Picocalc. I got them all (except my latest uConcole, but I don’t expect it for a few more months.) My first two uConsoles took about 8 months. These are made to order so they take a long time. They will deliver! If you want it faster, you need to buy from eBay or somewhere where the thing you buying has already been made.
