Here’s a weird machinary:
It injects just enough synthetic load (up to 15%) into the system so that the PMU noise is suppressed, when:
- AC connected
- Not charging
- System load under 15%
Will need my axp228 kernel patch for ac adapter detection.
But then how will I know when my compilations finished? 
If there is no noise
Another option if there is network to donate the idle CPU
