I preordered the new console a few weeks back. Wanted to check something in my order and went to check the confirmation email.
But i cant find it and am not sure i ever got one.
Searched my email for Clockwork or clockworkpi and no results.
Is there another address i should check for?
I have reached out to the company but it being a holiday i wont here back for at least a day or 2.

Justvletting you all know Alex got back to me. Turns out i goofed up my email. Straightened out now. Now just waiting to get my shipment notification.
May I ask what’s your number? I’m around 38xxx and he said the same.
My order number is in the 41K range.
