Problems with my 256 GB SD Card on Uconsole with CM5

For me everything worked after this. Only with a separate board though, i got the Rpi IO board.
And i have the exact same CM5 as you.

got it working: just by flashing again the bootloader via SDcard (Raspberry PI Imager) via a different board: https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/raspberry-pi.html#raspberry-pi-boot-eeprom Now without further changes everything is working - no config change nothing else..
