Hey there, I cant seem to find direct info for these so thought i would make another topic. If im wrong please point me in the right direction.
I can’t get psx games to run at all either using picodrive or gpsp. I have the playstation bios, but am unsure where i put them, if that’ll help?
And gamegear I cant get working at all. Anyone managed that yet? Thanks!
Picodrive is a Genesis/Mega Drive emulator and gPSP is a Game Boy Advanced emulator, neither would support PSX to my knowledge.
I’m afraid I don’t know of a PSX emulator to recommend however.
I knew I was being an idiot, I even read that that’s what they were! Must of slipped my mind, I saw them in a different thread being spoken about like they were psx ones… my confusion, thanks though!
Game Gear works great with the genesis plus gx core.
have you tried mednafen_psx?

Yup! I have now got both of them working! I finally found a core file for the psx that works. It was the pscx one. Works a treat. And the one for gamegear also works lovely.
