So, I’m in the queue for a u console. In the mean time. I already have a cm4 8gb ram and 32 gb emmc. Is it as simple as using the console os img for the flash memory on the emmc? (Bear in mind I already have the cm4 io board also.) I ended up with the cm4 in an eBay fluke. I usually use my pi’s in the normal form factor, so I’m out of my wheelhouse.
yes just flash the image to the emmc. the sd card will be unusable in the uConsole just like in the io board.

Sweet, thanks. Until I saw the uconsole I would have never considered a compute module. I am excited to get in this and get going.
