Radxa Cm5 on uConsole, tell your experience

Hi, I wanted to buy this Radxa CM5 16GB/128GB Model but even though I saw on the forum that some people made it work but I have a few questions how good/smooth is the compatibility with existing hardware modules Do I need a specific image to make it work or can I use the ones available in the forum for RPi CM5? Is there anything I need to have in consideration before going the Radxa route? Can someone that use this share his experience? Thanks in advance.
