Red Battery Icon

Hi, all.

I have the red ‘nearly dead battery’ icon on my GS. No matter what I do to charge it, the icon is there and presumably the GS is uncharged. This situation began today after 2+ days of normal use and charging without issue on a 3-day old GS.

Any suggestions?

never see that before
could you try to ssh into GS can do a command and paste the results here while you meet the situation?
