I ordered and received a uConsole with WiFi and LTE, but while installing the external antennas I stuck them to the wrong place on the case.
The adhesive is strong and removing them is likely to damage the antennas :(. Is it possible to purchase replacement antenna assemblies for both WiFi and LTE?

And i suggest you just send an email to Clockwork directly, they can probably help you out.
edit: And if they confirm they can send replacements, maybe try first with some adhesive remover, and see if that works before actually ordering new ones.

ok perfect. Also, from what i gathered, the stock Wifi antenna is not that great. Might also want to look at the Antenna Mounting kit from the Hackergadget AIO board, its also sold separately. Then you can get better antennas probably.
Mind that im still waiting for my Uconsole, but already have the Rpi Compute, and hackergaget here. So no guarantees everything will work 
the stock wifi antenna is fine, the mounting instructions are bad but when you put a spacer between the antenna and the metal case it works normally
They peel off fairly well. I still have my oem antenna after I peeled it off. Stuck it to a piece of kapton. If you can get it off, you can use a piece of 3M vhb tape to stick it back on, it’ll also work as the spacer.
