Theoretically. But someone would need to create a firmware that uses it and supports the rest of the PicoCalc hardware.
I built a UF2 for my uLisp port, and it compiles fine but complains about low memory. If I have time this week, I’ll do some testing and see how it well it works.

I did some testing; overclocked at 200MHz, with RISC-V it’s just a little slower than the default 150MHz ARM. I posted the benchmarks in another post.
