Show Us Your Customised uConsole

Cheers for that. I’ve just received my AIO board and antennas (ordered end of May).

Now I just need to get my Uconsole; it was ordered at the same time, just have to be patient.

this is awesome! Any chance you’re willing to share your stl file for the back? Ready like the airflow solution and the cover over the heat sink.

This rear panel was customized in Bambu Studio (3mf), based on the 3D data (stl) published below.
It is necessary to confirm whether the modified data can be shared.
https://github.com/strtfnst/uConsole-Parts

In addition, conversion from the customized 3D data (3mf) to stl has not yet been successful due to errors.

I print on a bambu, so my setup can digest those 3mf files just fine.

Those STL files are GPL 3: GitHub - strtfnst/uConsole-Parts

So free to share and modify!

What side tool bar is that? I need that feature on my bookworm setup

Nice mod for the fan.

Ahh I should’ve look closer

Where did you get that cool SMA cap on the side?

Is that 3d printed?

This SMA cap was printed using shared 3DP data.

Thank you for sharing! I made a couple of modifications so far but your airflow setup has kept things frosty. Still planning on expanding the battery compartment to sneak a 4g/5g board in but your design has been a game changer.

Not a ton of mods other than printed front/back and HackerGadgets RTL-SDR board

That looks awesome! Is there also a heat sink in there, or is that a black printed grill?

It’s a standard waveshare heatsink. I’m not entirely happy with it, but it works. The metal backing definitely kept the temps lower.

I’m glad it was helpful.
The combination with the blue cover looks cool and stylish!
I’m also aiming to build a 4G board internally, and if possible, I’d like to house the antenna inside as well.

Hmm, that might be an issue. I do really like how the case protects the antenna connections a bit better, that looks kinda fragile with the stock hackergadget connection.

The button on the side controls the fan.
