Do you prefer the Silver or Black model of the UConsole? Why? Is there any benefit of one over the other?

I don’t even remember what I ordered to be honest…

Black might be a tiny bit more practical, but for me silver one has more retro look, so I went with silver one 🩶😊

I chose the silver for the exact same reason! It just looks more suitable in silver. Black for me is a bit boring, but others might look at it differently.

Black, because it really is the new silver.

I ordered silver myself, I’m not a fan of black accessories and always pick the more colorful option.

Silver gang reporting in.

I went with black because I preferred the way the render looked. But if I could pick any colour I would have gone with a dark yellow somewhere around #ffc922.

And silver adds contrast for the buttons :muscle:

Black does look ninja sleek though…

Maybe if my kids want to play too much on it, I’m buying black as well :sunglasses:

I originally ordered silver because I thought it would be anodized clear aluminum and thus less prone to scuffing. Since they changed to painted magnesium alloy, both are likely susceptible to scratches, but the alloy underneath is still closer to silver than black, so I stayed the course.

It’s painted? Looks silver to me.

I asked, it’s confirmed both colors are painted.

Bummer. Anodization would probably be much more durable.
