(Solved) How to the 'link thing'

Hi

On the forum I see people who can put links into single words instead of having the url pasted into the post.

How do you do this??Is it for people with a certain Trust level??

Or, you can press the link button above the text field (left of the speech marks) and that will bring up a form to enter the URL and title you want to give it.
