Is it intentionally that the GS turns on when I connect it to a USB power source?
Yes, thats how most single board computers work. Turn it off manually or change your power saving settings on the latest launcher version.

Is it supposed to boot up when the battery fully charges…? Because that hasn’t happened yet lol
