I’m having the same problems as jutleys.
I can’t get anything to work, exactly the same errors as in his first screenshot. I can turn the GPIO pins on and off as described on Vileer’s GitHub page, and I can see them with “python aiov2_ctl.py”, but still no function whatsoever, neither GPS nor LoRa. The GUI also doesn’t work; I get an error message saying that “pyqt6” isn’t installed. But I took care of that first with “sudo apt install python3-pyqt6”. The Meshtastic app isn’t installing either. I’ve reinstalled everything on the SD card, and I’m using CM4 bookworm 6.12.45 and the AIOV2 board.The uConsole itself works.
I’ve been trying for two weekends now, but I’m starting to run out of ideas.
Strangely, both LEDs (red and green) on the RJ45 socket are constantly lit.

Once I figure everything out I will make a video. It’s not the hardware it’s software issue. Once there’s a good tutorial out there to follow and software updated we should be good.
It seems to work right away for some people, but we just can’t get it to work? I’ve also tried it on Bookworm and Trixie. Oddly enough, I can switch the GPIO pins on and off, and I can see that in the console. It’s just that the software simply won’t run… I’ll try again tomorrow. As I said, I’ve already spent two weekends on it…
Edit: @jutleys: Are the LEDs on your RJ45 socket also lit up?
For meshtastic make sure after you activate the lora chip with the new v2 script you have to restart meshtasticd with systemctl restart.
But why the Meshtastic app isn’t installing either.
I will check it as I am waiting for the Radxa CM5 kit so I can build and test.
Are you trying to install it with the lora active? I don’t think it will install without the hardware present.
Ok, I got my V2 kit… (still waiting on the uConsole… sigh). but I’m confused… The pictures showed 1 antenna port for BT, 1 for Wifi, but what I received has multiple for each. I’m confused as to where you would attach the multiple leads to for those antennas - IF you use the wifi on the CM4/5 there’s only 1 for both Wifi+BT. If you get the AC1300 module there’s 1 for each… Where are the additional antennas supposed to be plugged into??? ((Not talking about the SDR, LORA, GPS etc., just the multiple Wifi+BT ones….)

the ac1200 module has 4 antennas iirc, the pictures are not up to date

Pls, check the dependencies. In my case it was pip and venv, which need to be manually installed by using apt install or python-install commands. Then, reinstall initial AIO v2 toolkit (not surely needed, but recommended).
When SMA sockets are never enough… I was surprised too, but sealed spare sockets by caps and felt happiness.
sooo… how do I install the antennas quick mount board? Did I oversee a pack of (longer) screws? Am I supposed to buy them on my own?
My package had two screws in it.

sorry for blasting this forum with my noob questions… any idea why a few keys are not working after installing everything? like t, y, s, space are not working … something I could check for? something fried?
I would suggest reseating the keyboard PCB and you can click the buttons directly on the PCB to see if they work and its not an alignment issue with the rubber keyboard keys.

nothing happens when I click the buttons on the PCBs 
already tried to reset it (I might have failed … but I saw the led flashing when I tried to connect the two reset pads) … might try again. Or could it be something with the firmware? Incompaitbilities with AIO?
