Update: uConsole shipping related

I bought the whole device from another guy, I don’t find any kit available.

This seems to be the norm with most of the products when they are first released via ClockWorkPi. I bought the GameShell after it had been out for a few years and it legitimately took about 3 months to arrive. This is definitely a bad experience for people buying their first ClockWork product. I am not defending, I am just giving you more information to go off of.

When I ordered the delivery day was 60 biz days, and one month later I shown that was changed 90 biz day without any notification.

The devtearm I could get but they less information.

I think this company is very less information sharing.
We known we are still in difficult situation for manufacturing , so the reason much better to make communication more and more.

But right now I couldn’t expect it get better, so want to know their refand progress is working and how many days you take ?

I don’t know the current situation of their delivery status (the last update was 3weeks ago), but want to avoid make troublesome when I try to refund.

the problem is the uconsole should alredy been manufactured (because we are waitig for the custom lol) so where are the picture of the final product? I can wait years (backer of parprium on kickstarter here) but i cannot tolerate when somebody lie to me.

Refund is the only argument they have when you ask question to the clockworpi staff/admin. If refund bancrupt clockworpi they have nobody to blame for it. Just sent a mail to alex for a refund.

That’s why wait it over 8 months and wait their frequent update. But you know very less info share and alex said we can ask refund.

Lot’s guys ask information sharing but nothing happen it then said they accepts refund request.

I don’t know what’s happen now but can not get any information. Just we can do is bet or drop.

Honest speaking I rersonally lost interesting in uConsole now, the problem(if we trust alex’s comment) we’re in last step , so if refund process is made more complicated, I try to wait.
But over 3weeks stop is not seem normal.
And I don’t know my order is in 1st batch or not.

Anyway last thing what I can do is contact Alex.

I’m in the 2nd batch. I hope that the first batch will be shipped soon. Then the shipping date for my Uconsole is approaching. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be fine.

I’m guessing it’s the type of device and if you ordered the 4g module. I think Alex can tell you what batch you are if you e-mail him with your order number.

How do you know you’re in the second batch? how do I find out what batch I’m in? I ordered a Silver CM4 variant in February/March, I don’t remember specifically when.

Can all the impatient people now please be quiet and remember we are all adults and instant gratification is not a requirement in life.

@Puddljumper90 you need to calm down my guy. I like you but your posts are never useful.

Stoked to see it in person and for the update Alex. Never had a doubt in my mind.
