Nice design! I have checked the model, does it touch the screen itself?
Its just shy of contact by about half a millimeter

With respect to awesome origin I made a slight modification with thinner insert part after I measured dimensions with calipers, and also rounded 2 other corners. If someone is interested it is here: Printables

I did a full clip on cover awhile back. Just search under my posts. The OpenScad model files are there so you can mod as much as you wish.

Thanks for sharing, saves me from having to make one then iterate for final fit.
I like that you are just covering the screen, because with the metal case, and that keyboard, IMO there is no risk to either of those in a bag.
