3ds replacement battery in clockworkpi

I am looking into getting a better battery for my clockworkpi and was wondering if 3ds replacement batteries are compatible with the clockworkpi

The clockwork Pi battery is the bl-5c

The 3DS looks similar and spec wise would do, but I dont think the margins will allow it to fit into the case.
