I am ready to buy a console to do some field stuff on sensors while I do some computing with that data and might add some gps and others but do you guys know how long are the shipping times if the CM4 is not provided? will the shipping be faster if I dismiss the 4G module?

Yes, its best to buy as bare as possible. So no Pi, no add-ons.
Still expect between 4 and 6 months. It could be a bit faster if you are lucky, but best to be prepared for a wait.

Yes, i got a UPS tracking code. And mine first went to the USA, and then with a package forwarder to Panama without any issues.
