you will eventually get your unit, but there is no way to know when.

if you’ve included cm4 into the order – you can ask alex to remove it from it.

I ordered in September, still nothing. I think in extreme cases it can currently take up to 9-12 months. (It varies on how lucky you get with what batches they happen to do first.)

I blame AliExpress resellers, they order huge numbers of the uConsole to resell them for profit and delaying everybody who actually wants to use the device from getting theirs in time

For what it’s worth, I’m not defending the long delays. But I don’t think anything so far indicates there won’t be a delivery eventually.

I was promised a tracking number in May for mine, halfway through May and still none so far

I ordered mine (Silver, no core, no 4G) on October 18th, 2025. It arrived just today to my apartment in California, on May 17th. So 7 months on the dot.

I think you might be able to reasonably expect yours to arrive before August, assuming you didn’t get it with a CM4 module or with the 4G module.

That said, OpenSourceSDRLab has them in stock. I bought a black, non-core, non-4G model for $15 more than what I paid directly to Clockwork (shipping included).

Ordered it in Feb of this year and it arrived in less than two weeks.

If you don’t want to wait, you can order from OpenSourceSDRLab and then cancel your original order from Clockwork when you get it in hand.

I kept my original order so I can have a set of spare parts on hand, though I may just end up selling it for exactly how much I paid for it to anyone in the Southern California area that wants to get their hands on one ASAP.

mine turned up today - no notifications until the tracking number showed up, I think I waited about 8 months.
