I know the GameShell has enterd mass production now, but having reflashed the OS a few times I started to realise that the wire connections between the modules are a little flimsy and could probaly wear out with more than a few assembly/reassembly cycles (for microSD reflashing).
I noticed that the main board has a slot in the side of the module box for the microSD card, would it be worth providing an optional replacement back case which has a bay that exposes the microSD slot?
This would make it easier to reflash the unit without having to reassemble.
Most of the raspberry pi cases use this approach and from my experience it does ease maintenance of the unit without reducing the life of the internal components/wiring…
Just a suggestion
