There is a due time for your package to get through the customs, thatās it. If DHL (we use DHL to ship to Europe this time) failed to collect necessary information from you for too long, as I remember, 7 days, they would consider the delivery failed, and destroy the package, or charge us a lot if we wanted it back, some times even more than the packageās worth. So, normally, we would not ask them to get it back, because it would be a financial mistake. So, the result is very much likely to be destruction. Thatās why I recommend you to contact the carrier once you have the tracking number, so theyāll have enough information to make the delivery.

Things are going well. Iāll check with the manufacturer tomorrow. China is almost 3 a.m. now. As far as I know, A06sā hardware is near ready or alreay done.

Oh then please do consider the same courier case when youāre shipping items to Malaysia. Iām not sure if thereās any of the CM3 pre-orderers are from malaysiaā¦
but If Iām not mistaken, any items that have itās price tag above 500 myr (approx 118 usd as of now) will be held at customs for additional fee. And as usual in some countries, we also have an agency under the ministry of trade (abbreviated SIRIM) that is another process we need to pass through; theyāre in charge of giving stamps of approval whether an imported electronic device is legal to use in the country or not.
Now in my upcoming devterm case, Iām already mentally prepared to handle all of these with little issue. But pandemic makes everything harder and the customs themselves are very well-known not to contact anyone until the item is nearing itās 7 day held-up!
So, DHL in my experience makes everything much easy; by hook or by crook they will make sure the items pass through, they will handle everything they can!
So I look forward to the new topic youāll making that you will discuss about other less-unfortunate countries too, if itās not too much to ask

Maybe you all still writing angry messages to qqMajiKpp should chill out. The guy should be allowed to pop in to talk about how heās working hard on something of his own, if he wants to. You donāt have to be this publicly upset at someone else because theyāre not buying the thing you bought. Your discussions about how much you donāt care for qqMajiKpp are taking up more of this thread than qqMajiKpp is.
