Thanks. We won’t be able to enjoy vacations before knowing you guys are enjoying your DevTerm.

This is by far the most informative and complete summary of the shipping process and the schedule of shipping. Thank you very much for this clarification!!!

As eager as I might be feeling to get my A04 in my hands after all this time, you guys should take the time off if you can. Don’t make yourselves ill for ungrateful bastards like me.

Thanks for the detailed update and the hard work. Please also take time off yourselves and enjoy the holidays too.

I ordered the A04. If I get it before Christmas, I’ll be happy. No rush, you know what you are getting into when you buy this sort of thing.

Thank you all for asking us to take a few days off. But we know we won’t be able to enjoy any thing knowing you guys are still waiting for your DevTerm. You guys are awesome, it’s the least we can do for you.

Thank you Alex. I feel safe speaking for everyone when I say that we love and appreciate you and the team. Hiccups happen especially for small manufacturers. Damn big companies with established supply and production chains are having issues so I can’t imagine how difficult it is for you all.
Thank you!

Hi Alex,
May I ask how you define the first batch of A06? Placed order until which date? Or until which order number?
Thanks!

please refer to this post

My order number has a xxx-xxx format?

sorry xxxx-xxxx as a receipt number?

Thanks for quick response. I’m not in the first batch then😂

Will you considering to have an order management system for external? So we can check status by ourself, you don’t need to answer thousands of questions everyday😂

I’ll talk to the web guy, but I don’t think Wix supports that function.

Please check your email, there should be an email from us with the title of “thanks for shopping with us, order#xxxxx”. The 5-digit number is your order number.

Sorry to be a nuisance Alex, but I was an early order but I requested an upgrade to the 06 - does that mean I am in the second batch?

I don’t want people to stop asking question if they need to, but I think this topic has started to be quite off topic and is pretty big (> 500 replies), too much to allow for easy search of information.

I would like to close it to have new topics to discuss about the different points people want to.
I don’t want to do that brutally, but I would ask you all to stop using that topic to ask question that should be either in a new topic,or asked to clockwork email. This is not really a consumer support helpline.

So please, before adding more content here, think if you can do the same by creating a new topic or check if another topic about your own question already exist.

Thanks

Not necessarily. Please check your order number, before 13869(included) is in the first batch.

Agreed, however, since shipping deadlines keep changing it seems good policy to keep expecting buyers in the loop somehow. Whether it is by e-mail or a dedicated webpage as some have suggested. Please consider this.
