Not sure what you are talking about… they are obviously sending it out based on the order number. If you are referring to the different batches of the chips model (CM3, A04, A06) it makes sense that they wont be produced all at the same time. I respect their decision in trying to ship everything as soon as they are ready instead of waiting for all to be done before shipping them.

there are second batch orderers like me who have recieved their shipping info today. i’m asking those two whether their order was included in either the second oe first batch.
so your order number is higher than 13869? if so congrats! perhaps you will be getting it earlier than expected. I received my tracking today as well, my order number is in the 13600 range.

At the time of my order and payment (Nov. 2020) it said that all will be produced and shipped at the same time (before April 2021). Anyway, I don’t think I’ll get anything in 2021. I’ve now adjusted to 2022.

Guys, here’s a news for those who have received DHL tracking numbers.
Due to the high volume of packages and the public vacation, DHL Hongkong is holding some requests to lower the pressure.
But don’t worry too much, they’ll process our request any day from now. I’ll keep following the status.
FedEx seems don’t have the same problem.
Also, there’s some thing else I want to clarify.
I’ve received emails asking about if we have actually sent the orders, because in the shipping notification, the status is showing that the shipping label is created but the package isn’t in the carriers’ hand yet.
So I want to tell you about how shipping works from our end. Hope this can sort things out.
The thing is, we don’t directly do business with DHL or FedEx or any other international express corporation. As I metioned before, there’s a shipping partner of ours. Their role is basically a solution provider. They have different kinds of resources for different shipping requests.
The reasons that we need them to help us to ship the orders instead of facing the carriers directly are: A, they have better discount because they collect a much bigger user pool so they can bargain with the carriers with the privilege that we can only dream about. B, we need them to deal with the customs and handle tax-related issues. Those things can be incredibly complicated for us.
When it comes to practice, the process is: 1, our shipping partner advices us about the most balanced ways of shipping currently, we choose from the options, they create shipping labels; 2, we send your orders to our shipping partner, they give us the tracking number; 3, they carry your orders to carriers’ warehouse, some times help us to carry the orders to HK like recently; 4, the carriers accept the shipping labels from our shipping partner and start shipping.
The status of “Label is created but the package isn’t in carrier’s hand” is the in-between situation of step 2 to step 4.
People who ordered and have received their CM3 have had the same experience.
Please trust us on this, we want transparency as much as you do.
