Arf, I have the order 14262 (A06 - 4G) and no tracking info here too :frowning:

Mind what Alex mentioned, people from mainland China don’t have their packages go through all the custom processes, hence its faster!

I have order №14608 Transparent Gray, still no tracking info.
Whose duty is to send tracking number? Should I wait for FedEx or DHL to contact me, or can you send me number(or reason of its absence) via email?

#14342 and I’m looking forward to get my DevTerm.
Please remember, claiming tracking number doesn’t speed up delivery.
All things come to those who wait :slight_smile:

Would it be safe to say that those of us that would have packages going through customs would not receive tracking information until after that process?

Most likely.

I just came to announce that I just received an email from FedEx! I will proceed with the customs!!!

A bit more info, currently it is at LANTAU ISLAND, HK FedEx warehouse, estimated delivery 4th of November

In my experience with international shipping, you’ll get tracking for the local post service as well as that of your own (they usually interoperate with the same tracking number, but it depends on the countries, services, etc.) when shipped, like anything you buy domestically.

I still have received no word about my order (A06, #14321) and I’m getting a bit worried. I’m in Northern Europe for the record.

I wouldn’t normally worry but I’m afraid they won’t refund me or send a new package if they screw up delivery somehow after the thread about how they will destroy all deliveries possibly without warning or refund based on an obvious misunderstanding about VAT in Europe.

They will send you an email notification when they ship the unit. Then if it doesn’t arrive at your place you should email them. From previous threads, Clockwork has been very comprehensive with international shipment issues, so you shouldn’t need to worry too much <3
