Great job at least my clockpi isn’t anymore on a bookshelf !! Many things to do . TETRA in brown SDR ++ . Working fine on ubuntu . DSD -FME through TCPIP . Dumphfdl . SDRANGEL rtl_433

clockpi too hot need some ice . RTL_433 working fine, DSD-FME working fine

I can’t compil sdr angel (make) CM5 is rising in temparature and stop working (blank screen) . I tried with a fan under clockpi . Maybe I have to compil in my fridge

Are you running it on battery or on mains power?

I removed batteries . I’m using a power bank . Sdrangel make -j4 is crashing at 3 % of compil . Clockpi is crashed but have to remove powerbank usbc cable in order to restart . I’m trying to find why .
For batteries , clockpi is running on it max 6/8 minutes

abracaDABra --DAB receiver is working fine with QT6 complete integration
AIScatcher is working fine
DSD-FME ok

You sure your power bank is putting out enough watts to keep the device powered during the max draw?
Have you tried compiling with just 3 cores?

powerbank is output 18 W , can’t work , 45 W usb-c and 100 W usb-c . I stay with 45 W . Make, make -j2 make -j4 . All are crasking clockpi at 3 % compil … strange . Compil of sdranger (cmake is good)

Clockpi is also crashing running SDR ++ with airspy R2

It is a thermal issue . begin at 45 degree C and crah at 70 degree

clockpi with 4 new heatsinks have still trouble to compil SDRANGER - 2 days of nervious brake .
Clockpi is going by to his quiet place waiting for better time .

have you tried to use nice or sudo apt-get install cpulimit ?

or even lower cpu frequency?

also may be it’s a memory issue? have you tried to enable swap?
