Your battery tray is not inserted properly. Check out this post to how it should look and how it should be done..

That will cause problems, they need to be inserted. With the battery tray at a 45° angle insert the battery tray from the front of the main boards connector not from the top, then lay flat. [batt-tray] It should look like the top picture not the bottom one.
