Gameshell doesn't power on

have you tried the reset button, as found in this post:

If you remove the mainboard from its case you will find another little switch on the opposite side of the board from where the on/off switch is located. It’s identified as the reset key on the attached photo. [clockwork_gameshell_detail2.jpg]
