How to get Heritage for the future to run in FBalpha on retroarch?

Hello all,
I’ve been trying to get my gameSH> to run JJBA:Heritage for the Future.
I’ve managed to get my other mame roms to work just fine, such as Sunset riders and Outrun, to name a few. I’m not sure if it has to do with the core, or if I’m doing something wrong. It says loading and then returns to the homescreen.

Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind y’all. I figured it out. I had to toy with the cores and update them all but it now runs like a dream!
