I’ve done a search but not much appears to have been said on this topic. Has anyone that had the original board and upgraded seen a marked improvement? I got mine on the IGG campaign and have been toying with the upgrade but I want to know if the price and wait (currently Chinese New Year so shipping starts Feb 16th!) is actually worth the upgrade. Converted it’s £38.88.

It has 1 GB RAM and HDMI output. Other than that performance should be identical to the old model especially when running emulators that use little RAM.
I wasn’t sure how much the emulators used but if it’s little and I’d be good enough on my current board then I’ll probably pass. I did try Doom on the SNES yesterday and it was a bit laggy but that could have been other issues since I upgraded to 0.3. Cheers.
