Order send back to china with no explantion

I order the devterm for a gift at Christmas, it arrives in France customs only two weeks ago. I’ve been in contact with the transporter TNT on a dayly basis and last week despite all this it has been send back to china without explanation… Someone at clockwork pi was supposed to look into it and eventually send it back but six days after non news from anyone at Clokwork pi. I want a quick refund. I’m very disapointed.
