This question has been touched on many, many, many, many, many times before. Search first before asking.
The general consensus is: yes, you may overclock. But it depends on the physical capacity of your module to support that. You may not need to punch a hole (or whatever) to install a custom heatsink, unless handling a >50℃ chassis counts to you as scalding. Adjust according to a balance of your requirements and the capability of your module.
