Connect it to wifi and have an internect connection. You can use tiny cloud. Use something like file zilla. In tiny cloud you will find an ip adress. Put it in the host box. In username and password put cpi. In port put 22. Open up a rom folder and drop your rom in. File zilla is avilable for windows mac or linux.
