Problem with Uconsole after one month

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Uconsole, which I received about a month ago.
Everything was working fine until two days ago, but today when I try to power it on, the backlight turns on and then shuts off after about one second. I also tried connecting an external display, but nothing works.

I opened the device and did not notice anything unusual. The only way I can get it to power on is by pressing firmly on the CM4 CPU (highlighted in red in the photo). However, as soon as I release the pressure, the system freezes.

Have you encountered this issue before? Could it be related to the CM4 module, the CM4-to-CM3 adapter, or the motherboard?

also you need to connect the wifi antenna to the CM4 module, not to the mainboard

ok but no change, and dont work, the only way to power it on is by keeping pressure on the CPU, Cold solder on the CM4?

take the cm4 adapter out and make sure the cm4 is in the adapter really well before putting the adapter back in the unconsole

and when you inserted CM4 module into adapter, you did it till 2 defined clicks, right?

yes, the Uconsole worked fine for 1 month and overnight don’t boot

I ordered another CM4, I’m going to test if the problem comes from it.

The issue was resolved after replacing the CM4 module
