Can anyone help?
I switched my CM4 one day and my uconsole stopped booting up without the charger.
*I smelt something burn but i dont know what it was.*
When i have a charger plugged in it works.
When i try to switch it on without the charger, the light will blink green fast but wont switch on.
I switched back to the old CM4 and i still get the same issue
There are no loose connectors.
The batteries are not the issue (checked them )
Have you checked for any loose connections inside your uConsole?

Did you remove the battery tray? What core did you have installed before?
Switch the CM4 back again and see what happens ?. Ensure the contacts look good and CM4/carrier are seated properly.
is battery tray properly inserted?
That will cause problems, they need to be inserted. With the battery tray at a 45° angle insert the battery tray from the front of the main boards connector not from the top, then lay flat.

It should look like the top picture not the bottom one.

yes i checked, non of them are loose. i think something burnt on the board but i dont know what
Do you have a multi meter? Measure the voltage of the 8 metal fingers (contacts)
Don’t do that, the way the batteries are wired makes that very easy to short them.
If you’re going to tell people to stick multimeter probes into their devices at least tell them where to stick them.
Each connector handles one battery, 2 pins for positive and 2 for negative so it’s quite easy to short stuff if you go poking around with probes randomly.
do you have some pictures of the uconsole? maybe we can see something
