A post for those who doubt the reliability of this company - my order was (#29686), the money was returned to my account 12 hours after my request.(And this is on Sunday )
Alex was very quick to change my order and refund the difference, I sent the request before/during their normal business hours, and he replied and refunded about 4 hours later.
I have never faulted them about their integrity, or their product design, I just wish there was enough profit to hire an OS developer to help make these devices all they can be.
Clockwork hiring an OS developer? Fat chance.
