Uconsole suddenly shuts down, screen goes black. Simply remove the battery and reinsert it to restart it. I dont known how to fix it.
Are you using the CM4 or 5? What are you doing when the shutdown occurs? Does it just happens on batteries or with mains power too? Is your battery board fully seated? Can you post a pic of the inside of your device?

I’m using cm5. When the shutdown occurs I replace the same battery (Just remove it and place again). When the shutdown occurs, a screen isnt totally black but I see light backlight.
do you have below 50% charge at this moment? what batteries do you have? can you please send photos of labels on them?
Battery? Single? Let us know what batteries you have and a picture of the inside of your uConsole too?
I have the same issue, two batteries, I originally thought maybe the no-name batteries I bought had a voltage drop at some point that was too much for the cm5 so I bought some Samsung 30q, but same thing. I noticed it only happens when the battery indicator is around 70-80%. Never when fully charged or plugged in.
Edit: my battery tray looks like the bottom picture, so must be that.

Fix the battery tray and let us know if that fixed it.
