And I ordered the A-06+4G, Nov 6th 2022, and was told it was maybe going to be in the last shipment.I have no news or anything yet. Not everyone is as lucky as you.

Yeah, I ordered a DevTerm mid-September of last year and it arrived mid-January. Of course, the uConsole was announced just a month after that; I hesitated to order for about a day because I had just ordered a DevTerm and was still waiting, but I figured that since it was a pre-order it would take a long time. So it was a long wait, but the timing was fine for me, by coincidence. My DevTerm still feels new, though I’ve been using it every day.

Ah, that’s how I found the DevTerm: someone had posted photos of their PocketCHIP and I was excited about it, asked where to get one, and at least two people recommended I check out the DevTerm. I’m glad they did.

Sure would be nice to hear from a clockwork dev about all the uConsoles they’re getting ready to ship. Now that CM4s are trickling back out into the wild maybe they’ll be able to chip away at some of those.

Thank you for the wonderful information. I also ordered the same thing around the same time. I’m curious about the last shipment. The next shipment was A06, so I wonder if it will be shipped later if 4G is added. While I’m waiting with faith, I’m also wondering when the last will be.

I ordered a black CM4 unit on October 27th, order number 196xx. Haven’t heard anything yet, although I should be up about now. I did have to email Alex to change my address a few months ago, I hope that didn’t bump me down the queue lol

Yeah this thread is really for future generations so they know why a uConsole appeared on their doorstep and the story behind it. I may as well change my shipping address to a museum now.

It was told in the great before time that a seemingly poorly run company with terrible communication took prerelease orders for a product without clearly explaining they were prerelease orders. Their website promised delivery of exceptional products with “expedited” shipping in “90 days”, so it is written in the parchments. Now, you, descendants of those that did preorder must also wait for the shipment of the fabled uConsole and once this amazing device does arrive hopefully it will include the needed parts to assemble it.

I’m #202XX, Black A-06 + 4G. I was also told this via email early September. My guess is quantities being produced have slowed down, or the 4G issues are slowly being fixed (Hopefully).
i was told last april that my order should be in the mid april batch. not sure when the devices actually started shipping but here i am nearly a full calendar year from order with no tracking number.
You forgot to start this with Once Upon a time… or is that a western thing??

i was going for more of a post apocalyptic tale. After the end of civilization as we know it someone logs into the Alex account and gives an update that they’re for really real still shipping, honest. And we’ll get an update “Monday” but it doesn’t specify what week, month or even year.
