Like what does it look like, what is its idle ram usage, etc? I just have no idea what it is and I saw it on clockworkpi website as it is supported by the uConsole.

It is the most up to date debian based OS image for the uConsole. The Clockwork pi OS you asked about in the OP was created for the uConsole before the community (Namely @Rex ) started bringing us all into modern kernels and versions. Even when the Clockwork OS was new, the Kernel was rather old.
