What's the process for getting replacement for a broken screen?

Hi Team, clockwork pi was delivered with a broken screen.

What email do I contact for the replacement?
How do I make sure the next screen you send doesn’t get broken in transit? Can you send as fragile ( I can pay for shipping, if needed)
