A06; no sound; restart helps

Hello.
On devterm a06.
Sometimes there is no sound output at all.
Nothing can be heard.
I often like to listen to a youtube livestream in the morning and that’s when I notice that sound does not work.
(and not only the youtube in browser but any sound at all)
This happens only sometimes; most of the time is ok.
Usually, in this case when I reboot the sound will work again.
Just one time I had to reboot twice.

I don’t know how to fix this because I don’t know what is not working and I don’t know how to debug it. I don’t know what to check when there is no sound to identify the problem.

I think it is more likely to be wrong when headphone cable is already connected during start but that’s just my impression.

Hello again.
I see there is no reply.
Unfortunately for me, because I don’t know how to deal with it by myself, without help.

I still have this problem, every few times when I use DevTerm I see that there is no sound output. Then I have to restart the device which is a waste of time and is frustrating but at least it helps.

If nobody here can provide any hint how to check what’s wrong, how to fix, then where could be another place where I could look for help?

I don’t have experience with sound problems on linux systems.

Also I did not notice other people writing about this problem.
Only I have this problem?
Or others simply don’t care about sound?

recived my devterm today, same problem
